If something is wrong with your order, contact YahLa support and the team will guide you through a return or refund.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window cannot be guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or condition reasons. These include sealed beauty, personal-care, and food items once opened.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Support will confirm whether the item is eligible and share the return address and any next steps within two business days.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case YahLa covers the cost.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Refund processing times beyond that point depend on the payment provider (Paystack, your bank, or your mobile money operator).
