Prices, stock levels, and delivery options are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and may change until checkout is completed.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been verified by the payment provider. Until then the order remains pending and may be cancelled.

YahLa may cancel any order that contains a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or that cannot be delivered to the address provided. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order is refunded.

Payments are processed by Paystack via card, bank transfer, or mobile money. YahLa does not store card or PIN details.

Customers are responsible for any bank or mobile-money fees their provider charges.

Delivery options, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout based on your selected province and city. Delivery times begin from the moment the order is confirmed and may vary by location.

Returns are governed by the YahLa Returns Policy at /returns. The return window is 7 days from delivery, with longer protection for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential.

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security, or scrape content for commercial use.

All site content, including the YahLa name, logo, design, and product descriptions, is owned by YahLa or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written permission.

YahLa may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly violates the Returns Policy. Customers may close their own account by contacting support.

To the maximum extent allowed by Zambian law, YahLa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through support will be referred to the courts of Lusaka.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the storefront and, where possible, by email.
