Express delivery — Lusaka and selected major cities, typically 1 to 2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Standard delivery — Available nationwide, typically 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination province.

YahLa currently delivers to the following provinces and cities: Central (Kabwe, Kapiri Mposhi, Mkushi, Serenje); Copperbelt (Kitwe, Ndola, Chingola, Mufulira, Luanshya, Kalulushi, Chililabombwe); Eastern (Chipata, Katete, Lundazi, Petauke); Luapula (Mansa, Samfya, Kawambwa, Nchelenge); Lusaka (Lusaka, Chilanga, Kafue, Luangwa, Rufunsa); Muchinga (Chinsali, Isoka, Mpika, Nakonde); Northern (Kasama, Mbala, Mpulungu, Mporokoso); North-Western (Solwezi, Mwinilunga, Kabompo, Kasempa); Southern (Choma, Livingstone, Mazabuka, Monze, Siavonga); Western (Mongu, Senanga, Kalabo, Sesheke).

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 14:00 Lusaka time are typically processed the same day; orders placed after that begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time begins from when the order is confirmed and accepted for processing.
